Flowers single creamy-white to greenish white 10cm across. Deep violet anthers! (xC) 2-3m. Summer-autumn. Cut flower! We have acquired this very fine form from Merv. Jerard. This is a better form than some of the forms seen overseas, and therefore have given it the cultivar name 'Merv' after its finder.

Flowers pure white with reflexed tepals and yellow anthers, a slightly green bar makes it a very fine flower, tepals x8, 15-20cm dia. Flowers are sometimes semi-double. (xB) Spring and autumn. Suitable for container. This one has been sold in NZ with the wrong name - "Otto Froebel".

Named for the English nurse, Edith Cavell (1865-1915), who managed a nursing home in Brussels and helped wounded soldiers to escape during the first World War. She was executed by the German forces occupying Belgium in October 1915.

Large 10-15cm flowers glowing red with contrasting cream anthers. A long flowering and outstanding variety. The name commemorates the Battle of Monte Cassino in World War II. The hills around the Benedictine monastery of that name, an important strategic site, was eventually captured in May 1944 by the Polish 2nd Corps. Many NZ veterans fought here!
